Financial Accountant
Pay Range: $60,000 - $68,000 annually, based on experience

With machines installed in over 30 countries, Lanco has extensive experience in the construction of special-purpose equipment as well as the integration of industrial robots and other commercially available automation products. Lanco Integrated is seeking a Financial Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a recent accounting graduate or early-career professional looking to build hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
You will gain exposure to general ledger accounting, ERP systems, manufacturing operations, and financial processes, while working closely with experienced finance leaders. This is a growth-oriented role with the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities over time.
The Financial Accountant reports directly to the Accounting Manager.

The Financial Accountant reports directly to the Accounting Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the monthly close process, including preparation of journal entries (accruals, prepaids, cash activity)
- Assist with account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Help maintain accurate financial records within the ERP system (CloudSuite Industrial)
- Support inventory and work-in-process (WIP) tracking and reconciliations
- Payroll processing and related reporting
- Partner with project managers to support project setup and basic financial tracking
- Contribute to weekly cash forecasting support
- Assist with audit preparation and financial reporting activities
- Provide support for accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and system enhancements
- Support ad hoc finance and accounting projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from accredited University Required.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a mid-size organization
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience processing payroll, preferably using ADP
- Strong Excel skills, including use of formulas and pivot tables
- Experience working with an ERP system (CloudSuite Industrial/CSI experience a plus)
- Manufacturing accounting exposure is a plus but not required
